KIDS YOGA 5-10 yrs – Yoga is a great way for kids to increase awareness of themselves, others and the world, while having fun! Yoga is a wonderful way for children to stay (or become) confident, strong, balanced and healthy. Yoga engages a child’s natural boundless energy and conveys valuable lessons in positive thinking, body and mind awareness. Each class is alive with magical journeys where we meet with animals, fly an airplane or drive a car, grow into a tree or imitate the ocean waves, all in the form of dynamic yoga poses.
TEEN YOGA 10-14yrs – Expanding minds and maturing bodies come together through independent and group activities that stimulate teens’ physical strength, emotional balance and self-confidence. Classes integrate traditional yoga poses, flowing sequences, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation techniques as well as self-reflection. This course will also give them some tools for dealing with their everyday tasks in a more relaxing way, make them feel empowered and more confident with their bodies, stimulate their imagination, raise their awareness on peace and treating their body gently… all the while having fun and helping them find their own way towards stillness. This class is more like an adult yoga class.

Nothing is Permanent Sculpture Trail

Nothing Is Permanent is a large exhibition of sculptures in the public spaces of the city of Esch-sur-Alzette. Starting from the Place de l’Hôtel de Ville, a circular route connects 23 monumental works by established and emerging international artists. Whether playful, contemplative or uncanny, they question the role of art in a rapidly changing urban and social context, while encouraging viewers to discover or rediscover the capital of the South from new angles.

Bee Trail – Kids Learn Why Bees Are Awesome

Head over with the kids to the 2.5 km bee trail that goes across the city and includes 13 information stops. There you will discover the richness of biodiversity in the city as well as the world of bees (just a few examples of the adventures that awaits you on the tour: a hive on the roof of a building, a hotel for wild bees,  and much more)! Alternatively, teach your kids about the importance of bees and the ecosystem with the BeePopulate game. Open Day at the Luxembourg Army

The Luxembourg Army opens its doors to the general public on 10 July 2022 from 10 am! More than twenty activities and animations are planned for young and old throughout the day. Fun, discovery and adventures…. Come for a ride in a Hummer, exceed your limits on the obstacle course, or find yourself in the dark in night vision…An access control of all visitors will be carried out at the entrance of the site.
Where: Military Center in Diekirch, A large Park & Ride, which can accommodate 600 vehicles, will be organized along the N7 at BAMERDALL. The axis will be accessible one-way from the FRIDHAFF roundabout to the centre of DIEKIRCH. Due to the limited number of parking spaces, visitors are invited to make maximum use of public transport.
