Expanding minds and maturing bodies come together through independent and group activities that stimulate preteens’ physical strength, emotional balance and self-confidence. Classes integrate traditional yoga poses, flowing sequences, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation techniques as well as self-reflection. This course will also give them some tools for dealing with their everyday tasks in a more relaxing way, make them feel empowered and more confident with their bodies, stimulate their imagination, raise their awareness on peace and treating their body gently… all the while having fun and helping them find their own way towards stillness :-)

Let’s go… round two at Villa Vauban (in French, Booking required)

Join Anne-Karen on a journey packed with fairy tales and songs. From one room to the next, you will encounter three very strange grandmothers, the Frog Prince in the flesh, old Pipetta – more malevolent than the devil himself, beautiful Portia and all her suitors. This special visit of the exhibition “Depictions of a serene world” concludes with a dance on Avignon Bridge! !

Viez making and pumpkin harvest

On this open sunday we are going to harvest the remaining apples of this season and make Viez (fresh apple juice) ourselves. This is going to be a delicious learning experience for the whole family! We are also going to harvest the remaining pumpkins and get some fields ready for their well-deserved winter rest.
