Family Yoga (6-10 yrs)
Is your daughter or son inspired by your yoga practice and tries to imitate you? Why not share your love of yoga with them in this fun animated themed class. You will be lead on a magical journey to explore different lands around the world, while meeting many animals along the way. Parents and kids will bring these animals to life via animated yoga poses with some occasional partner poses sprinkled in for some added fun! The use of animated poses and basic stretching exercises promote strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness. Breathing and visualization techniques teach kids how to focus, relax and develop self-control. This class is best suited for 5-9 year olds but younger children are welcome from 3yrs and older siblings too until 13yrs. This class is taught in English by Lynn Frank.
