Interactive guided tour for children (in DE, Lux, Booking required)

Your children are curious and wonder when the Schueberfouer will finally come back again? We give them the answer:n Visit our exhibition “Ons Schueberfouer” with your little ones. Open your eyes wide during this unusual visit and above all, participate! Thus, children can participate in small games, hear anecdotes about the life of the fairgrounds and discover why the Schueberfouer does not take place all year round.

Comic Book Festival

This weekend Contern will be transformed intoa Comic Book Village and will welcome a whole array of authors, dealers, artists, musicians and many visitors who come here from all over the Greater Region. Visitors will find more than 100 stands that sell comic strips and offer a wide range of new and used comics, original drawings, posters, figurines and much more! There will also be kids entertainment, comic exhibitions and food and drinks!

Summer Sports Activities at the Kinnekswiss and Trampolines at Merl Park

Free sports activities (football, volleyball, badminton, pétanque, Frisbee and many more) offered by Lux city at Kinnekswiss. Equipment and instructors are available on site. Don’t also forget about the free trampolines in Merl park for your kids!

Bee Trail – Kids Learn Why Bees Are Awesome

Head over with the kids to the 2.5 km bee trail that goes across the city and includes 13 information stops. There you will discover the richness of biodiversity in the city as well as the world of bees (just a few examples of the adventures that awaits you on the tour: a hive on the roof of a building, a hotel for wild bees,  and much more)! Alternatively, teach your kids about the importance of bees and the ecosystem with the BeePopulate game. With this app you can design virtual garden for bees to pollinate!

KidsCooking
Kidscooking Luxembourg contributes to build healthier eating habits by introducing new foods, stimulating your kids creativity and motor skills and cooking with local and bio ingredients. We respect food intolerance. Regular weekend cooking classes, afternoon birthday cooking workshops and first holidays cooking camps, in French and in English. The small medieval village Brandenburg will be filled with music. Throughout the day, exhibitors will present their quality regional products surrounded by music.
