Medieval festival in Vianden
This year’s mediaeval festival offers a varied and spectacular program. Over 100 participants will revive the medieval spirit of ancient times with knights tournaments, ancient plays, fire-eaters, minstrels, jugglers, calligraphy and raptor shows. In addition to the animation you can visit the medieval market in the castle or grab a bite to eat at the historic castle tavern.

Young and old discover the Öewersauer Nature Park on a hike of +/- 8km. Discover the most beautiful hiking trails with their highlights with the nature park ranger Tom. Sport-Weeks (Registration required)
Every summer for over 40 years, the City’s Service Sports (Sports Department) has organised sports camps for young people aged 11 to 17 called “Sport-Wochen”. These activities take place during the summer school break and include the following: 5 “Mini Sport-Wochen” for young people aged 11–12, and 13 “Sport-Wochen” for those aged 13 to 17. These sports camps last between 4 and 7 days (with or without overnight stays), and are held either in Luxembourg or abroad.

Bee Trail – Kids Learn Why Bees Are Awesome
Head over with the kids to the 2.5 km bee trail that goes across the city and includes 13 information stops.
